Day Twenty Camino de Santiago

Little Bit O Rain

Thunderstorms, communal pilgrim’s dinner, singing, sharing…today was a beautiful day on the Camino!

It was also a 23km and by far the best day for my feet in a long time: new footwear, different socks and alternate walking techniques helped.

Thunderstorms are in the forecast for several days, and I show up in towns looking like a drowned rat with a big fat smile. (My windbreaker jacket is only waterproof-ish.)

The day after tomorrow I will reach Leon, the last largest city until Santiago. There I will take another “rest day” and have full intention to get a pedicure/massage.

Buen Camino!

Some journeys are taken for adventure. Others… for meaning.

I’m embarking on a powerful expedition through Nepal and India—into the Himalayas, sacred spaces, and the early exploration of a humanitarian vision for children in need. This is a real-time journey of discovery, storytelling, and creation.

If you feel something stirring as you read this, you’re invited to follow along, receive updates, or become part of the journey as a patron. Enter the expedition here:
