My Heart Is Smiling!
What a glorious day for a brand new Camino!
San Sebastián was stunning, and even more so was the enchanting scenery of my walk today.
It’s good to be back walking a pilgrimage.
With these longer distance days and hilly terrain, I am so relieved to have habituated healthy practices that allow me to hike such treacherous days: lots of water, my beet/protein/green smoothie drinks, yoga-stretching, and of course a high-vibrational frequency!
