Day Eleven Camino de Santiago

Spain Likes To Party

Oh the adventures from the Camino!

I’m in my 52nd town/city since I left Saint Jean, France eleven days ago.

The tiny towns (pueblos) that I stay in are charming and usually have little-zero Wifi, and as of now: No cell service.

Looking forward to some solid sleep tonight, because last night the Pueblo partied until 4:30am quite loudly above where I stayed.

No Pilgrim got much sleep.

When I left in the morning, well before sunrise, locals were still partying. Ai-yih-yih!

How do you ensure a good night sleep?

MSG coma!

I cooked a gourmet, salt-rich meal with a fellow Pilgrim at our Albergue in hopes that puts me out shortly.

Buen Camino!

Some journeys are taken for adventure. Others… for meaning.

I’m embarking on a powerful expedition through Nepal and India—into the Himalayas, sacred spaces, and the early exploration of a humanitarian vision for children in need. This is a real-time journey of discovery, storytelling, and creation.

If you feel something stirring as you read this, you’re invited to follow along, receive updates, or become part of the journey as a patron. Enter the expedition here:
