Day Five Camino de Santiago

Channeling Hemingway!

Would you run with the bulls? Yes or No?

Pamplona is famous for their annual “Running of the Bulls” (San Fermín Festival) and I found out some answers to your questions about it today.

Day 5 has been one of rest, recovery and work.

I was feeling tired and a bit under the weather yesterday, and chose to spend a day relaxing in Pamplona before I set off on the Camino again tomorrow.

It was the right decision; nursing my legs and feet back to health, getting more sleep, running errands and also teaching an online course today proved a wise choice.

The climate is moving from the former wet & cold to very hot now, and it will be a while before I reach the next big city of Burgos.

Buen Camino!

Some books are discovered after they’re published.

Book One is experienced while it’s still unfolding.

Act Two is an invitation into a living work of art where stories, films, photographs, reflections, and creative discoveries come together as the manuscript continues to take shape. Every visit offers something new because the journey is still alive. You are invited to explore it now.
