Meatballs And Laughter

As I left Guernica, I paid respects and spent a reverent moment in their marketplace on Monday morning. (1937 Massacre)

The vibe spiraled upwards on another gorgeous walk for 19km with the theme of outrunning the rain.

Just as I entered the village of Larrabetzu, the sky opened up and dumped buckets. I was grateful to eat my Pilgrim menú out of the rain.

When I didn’t finish my meatballs, the female owner scolded me like a child, and to everyone’s surprise, force-fed the remnants of my plate to me and dining Pilgrims; we laughed so hard!

Some journeys are taken for adventure. Others… for meaning.

I’m embarking on a powerful expedition through Nepal and India—into the Himalayas, sacred spaces, and the early exploration of a humanitarian vision for children in need. This is a real-time journey of discovery, storytelling, and creation.

If you feel something stirring as you read this, you’re invited to follow along, receive updates, or become part of the journey as a patron. Enter the expedition here:
