THE COURAGEOUS HEART EXPEDITION CONTINUES
The journey you just watched didn’t end when I came home from Nepal and India.
The expedition changed me. It also gave me stories, photographs, films, questions, and experiences that are now becoming something larger — beginning with my first book.
But the book is only one part of the work.
I’m building a body of independent work rooted in adventure, courage, human connection, self-inquiry, and a question that keeps pulling me forward:
What becomes possible when we stop waiting and begin living what matters to us?
That work can take many forms — books, films, stories, expeditions, conversations, and projects I haven’t imagined yet.
For centuries, patrons have helped writers, artists, explorers, scientists, and independent creators bring meaningful work into the world. I’m continuing that tradition in a modern way, inviting people who believe in this work to participate while it is being created.

Life is a lab. It’s always open.
How much of your life did you actually choose?
Most of us inherit far more than we realize—beliefs, identities, fears, and subconscious programming that control how we see ourselves.
The Living Lab is an ongoing exploration of what we discover when we question what we’ve been taught, challenge the ego, examine our conditioning, and experiment with different ways of being.
Because once you see what you didn’t choose, you get to decide what comes next.
