Energy Subscriptions
.
Imagine earning $10,000 a month and discovering you only get to keep $300 because the rest is disappearing into subscriptions you forgot you were paying for.
You’d start canceling them immediately.
I’ve done that with my own bank account. None of them were a big deal on their own, but when I finally looked at everything together, I remember thinking, “Why am I still paying for half of this?”
Then it hit me.
I’d been doing the exact same thing with my own life force.
This past year of self-inquiry showed me how much life force I was leaking every single day without realizing it. I wasn’t just carrying old patterns—they were costing me.
Here’s some of what I found:
-Feeling like I had to prove myself
-Comparing myself to other people
-Trying to control outcomes I couldn’t control
-Holding on to identities I’d already outgrown
-Living from old subconscious patterns
-Wanting everyone’s approval
None of those showed up on a bank statement, yet every one of them had a price. They slowly drained my peace, creativity, presence, clarity, and available energy.
One of the biggest realizations of my life has been recognizing that I wasn’t lacking energy nearly as much as I was feeding stories and identities that no longer reflected who I really am.
Every pattern I became conscious of gave me a choice:
Keep paying for it or cancel the subscription.
Every subscription I canceled plugged another leak. I stopped bleeding life force into stories and identities that were never true to begin with.
The ‘cost of carrying’ what isn’t true is far greater than most of us realize.

The Living Lab
Life is a lab. It’s always open.
How much of your life did you actually choose?
Most of us inherit far more than we realize—beliefs, identities, fears, and subconscious programming that control how we see ourselves.
The Living Lab is an ongoing exploration of what we discover when we question what we’ve been taught, challenge the ego, examine our conditioning, and experiment with different ways of being.
Because once you see what you didn’t choose, you get to decide what comes next.
