During my Italian adventures post-Camino, I meandered through Italy without a plan or agenda.
This whimsical exploration brought me to the northern lakes, where I grabbed an island-hopping tour, showcasing gorgeous scenery and history.
I was transported back to the glitz and glam of 1960’s charm on Lake Stresa!
My hotel was lakeside and I felt straight out of the scene of a James Bond Movie, circa Sean Connery, as the decor has stayed the same.
You better believe it — I ordered a “shaken-not-stirred” vodka martini!
