Ireland is also one delicious country! After a really bad experience in New York City, (you’ll have to hear the story sometime) I wasn’t eager to order Shepherd’s Pie again until I reached Ireland.
Mmm, Kerry Pie and Shepherd’s Pie are absolutely decadent, especially washed down with a crisp ale.
There are places in the world that profoundly exceed any movie, postcard or magazine depiction.
I’m overwhelmed by such gratitude, all I can do is giggle and say, “Thank You Universe!”
