You could be imprisoned and living free. You could be free and living imprisoned.
FREEDOM: it’s an inside job. It is simple, yet not always easy.
This was my morning meditation today, appreciating a walk to a different side of the bay and enjoying the present moment, while watching the local beach dogs play in the water.
These dogs lead such a simple, blissful life. They will curl up on your lap during meditation, greet you every morning with a doggy smile, and exemplify such freedom as they bound through the blue-green waters to the sandbar during low tide and hang out together.
Freedom CAN be simple…and yes, some of my inspiration comes from dogs.
