Onions, in all their varieties, deserve praise considering how much we utilize them in cooking.

What would we ever do without onions?

They are an amazingly versatile vegetable!

Onions also contribute many powerful nutritional benefits, like aiding respiratory function, reducing risk of cancer, preventing stomach complications, protecting against infection and much more.

Onions are high in Vitamin A, C, K and Folate, amongst having many helpful minerals.
