Foodie Mecca

What a lovely town nestled in the valley full of vibrant colors, incredible food and nice people.

One could spend a week here and still not taste all the delicious dishes.

I struck out again on a gross hostel… this one took the cake! Sometimes I book a hostel and other times I want to see them first without a reservation before deciding. I slept in all my clothes on top of that gross mattress in a tomb of a room, then beat it out of there at first light.

The weather in Oaxaca has been idyllic—it’s in the 80s during the day and 50s at night.

Put this city on your list to discover if you want to visit Mexico.

8th Pilgrimage On The Camino de Santiago – Join me this April for a profound journey as I traverse the country of Spain again.  30 days of walking this ancient trail creates a powerful physiological and peaceful high state of existence. This grand adventure is what I describe as the “Hero’s Journey.” The Camino is a quest of transformation and I welcome the experience wholeheartedly. You’re invited to travel with me vicariously on this soul-provoking journey. Click the link to learn more. Been Camino!
