Are You A Dolphin Lover Too?
I’m a giddy kid this morning, hanging precariously off the front of a little boat in the Bali sea, cheering on Dolphins.
They were fast and sneaky today, popping up only for moments. Is it luck that my boat was the one out of about 50 they jumped out of the water right in front of…I think not.
The morning began with walking at sunrise knee-deep in the warm sea to catch the private boat and head out an hour on calm waters. Wow! I was lulled into a meditative state.
At the end of the charter, I back-rolled into the sea and did some snorkeling with a bag full of bread. Amongst the vibrant colored fish, I came face-to-face with a big yellow one that showed off his big teeth. Fortunately he was satisfied with my bread contribution.
What a glorious 2 days in Lovina, Bali – from the snorkeling and dolphin tour, to amazing communal meals eaten with your hands, new friends, Holy Hot Springs dip, etc.
